2015 PRS Running Club Kiwi Cup
The Kiwi Cup is back in 2015 for a shorter season, with no cost to participate, and $1,000 in prize money sponsored in part by PRS Race Timing. Club members are automatically entered this year and participation is completely optional. There will be five races but participants can choose which ones they want to participate in. Points are based on both participation and times. Any club member that is not listed below will we randomly added upon request.

Kiwi Cup Point System & Rules
POINTS
1 point for registering for the race.
1 point for a PR.
2 points for finishing the race.
1 point for placing in an award category.
5 bonus team points per race for the team with the most registered runners.
5 bonus team points per race for the team with the most finishers.
5 bonus team points per race for the team with the fastest three times (teams with less than three runners present can not score in this category)
RULES
Team captains must submit everyone's 5k PR Time to [email protected] before 8/9/15. PR's will be as of 8/1/15.
A runner can PR all five races if all 5 times are under their PR time.
Prize money will be split up between all team members who participated unless decided otherwise by a team vote. Team members who do not enter any of the races are not entitled to collect portions of the prize money.
Team captains shall e-mail runner points to [email protected] within five days of the completion of the race along with the names of their three fastest runners. A spreadsheet file is attached for those who would like to make scoring their team easier.
PRS Race Timing will track all bonus points and post results on this page.
TIMING CLARIFICATIONS
Points for award categories will be based on whatever the award categories are for that specific race. I.e. if the race features 10 year age group awards, only those winning an award will receive the point.
Chip time may be used for PR times if available at the race. If chip times are not used, gun times will be used. Watch times will not count.
